Circa 1960s.
Tested and works but I did not try to shave with it. I know that it turns on but since it is decades old not sure how close it shaves.
We never hide the condition and never just say "Condition is Used" or "Look at the Pictures" since both these vague statements tell a potential buyer NOTHING about the condition.
