This great old instruction booklet is in VERY GOOD condition.  It is clean and it is strong.  Staples are holding the binding well.  Edges have minor wear, and one corner has a bent on the cover.  Not bad.  See photos.  There is a lot of life left in this booklet, and it is full of information and authentic.
