As an added step to ensure your unit is performing perfectly, it is possible your blade was jarred loose during shipping and the undercarriage of the blade unit is not in complete contact with the inner power pin that powers the blades. Please note this can easily be corrected by simply removing the blade and then reinstalling so that the underlying power pin is correctly positioned in the undercarriage of the blade unit for shaving.
